Super Mario DS Save Modifier

"Super Mario DS Save Modifier allows you to load Max Drive (.dss)* files or raw save binaries and then change certain in-game aspects such as giving yourself all the power stars or unlocking all the characters."

I'm against cheating. It's not so bad when it is just some guy on their own, stuffing around in a single player game. But cheating in multiplayer games can spoil it for others. It's a selfish thing to do.
I don't think it is good to be developing such hacks. I don't think we should be temping people with this stuff.

I agree, cheating in singleplayer games is up to oneself. It really depends on whether you see video/computer games as entertainment or more as a 'sport'. If it's just entertainment it might be even more fun with some cheats, perhaps gives it more replay value. If it's online/LAN/multi/versus - it's a bit more like sport - where no-one likes cheaters only fair play.

Forget about how this could spoil Pokemon (honestly, Pokemon? c'mon guys) - This will really spell trouble for Animal Crossing. Player working their ass off to accumulate their favorite furnature and whatnot - all done in a snap by a hack.

I'm the type of gamer that only messes around with cheat codes etc if I am bored and want to mess with a game, but I NEVER use codes or FAQs in a game to progress my playing unless I'm truly stuck and have tried to get past a certain point for more than a week.

Hey, the pokemon rpgs are actually quite good! Despite what you might thing about the cartoons, the fluffy toys and the other, lesser, games. I've found that the only people who look down on pokemon players are those who have not played the games.
In anycase I was talking about multiplayer games in general, rather than just the pokemon games.
